Prayer Group
Prayer is the roof of our faith in God. It is the most important ministry at Grace Church since we are lifting up our prayers and thanksgivings and hope to God.
A small group of dedicated parishioners gathers for group prayer on a regular basis (usually the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 9:15 - 9:45 am in the Common Room).
The prayer is informal - some may use our Book of Common Prayer, others pray spontaneously and others may sit in silent meditation.
We pray requested prayers from family and friends of the parish, and we also pray for the needs of the community, our greater church and the world.
All are welcome to join in the prayer group whenever they are able to drop in.
A box for prayer petitions is in the vestibule or you can make your prayer requests through Father Noah.
If you are interested in finding out more about the group, you can e-mail Margaret Smist at

Contemplative Prayer and Meditation Group
The contemplative prayer and meditation group meets on Sunday nights 7:30-8:30PM in the Grace Church Common Room. We sing, do a brief sitting and talk about our practice. All are welcome, regardless of previous experience. If you would like more information, or to receive email announcements, contact Brad Clompus or Carolyn Rogers (j.rogers2@comcast.net).
